What if something gets damaged during cleaning?

All items are cleaned according to care labels or professional judgment. The Fairy Laundry is not responsible for damage caused by manufacturer defects, pre-existing wear, fading, shrinkage, color bleeding, or unlabeled garments. In the rare event of damage caused directly by our service, liability is limited to the replacement value of the item, not the original purchase price.
Do you check pockets?

Clients are responsible for checking all pockets before service. The Fairy Laundry is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left in clothing, including money, jewelry, or electronics.
Are stains guaranteed to come out?

No. While we use best practices, stain removal is not guaranteed. Some stains are permanent or may have already been set before service.
How do you wash my clothes?

All services are final and non-refundable once laundry service has begun or completed.
